Please review our shipping, refund, return, and order policy before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days for normal processing times and an additional 3–5 business days during high-volume periods. Business days are Monday–Friday.

Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 business days. Carrier delays after shipment are outside of our control.

Customer Notes Disclaimer

We welcome your input in the customer notes section during checkout.

While we strive to accommodate reasonable requests, some may not be feasible due to safety, inventory, or logistical concerns.

Refund / Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, primarily smoking-related, we do not offer refunds or returns.

If a product is out of stock upon ordering, we may contact you to discuss alternatives.

Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for a refund. Only orders that have not shipped may be eligible for review.

Email & Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has shipped.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, Higher Up Smoke Shop is not liable for undelivered or lost package claims.

You may track your package directly through the USPS tracking website using the tracking number provided in your email.
