Where can I find a Higher Up store?
Visit our Locations page to find a store, view its contact details, and get directions. Contact your chosen location to confirm hours and in-store availability before making a trip.
How do I track my order?
Use Order Tracking with your order ID and billing email address. Your order ID is in your confirmation email. You can also review orders in Your Orders. Tracking information is emailed when an order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Our published policy lists normal processing of 2–3 business days, with an additional 3–5 business days possible during high-volume periods. Standard shipping generally takes another 5–7 business days. Carrier delays can affect delivery. See the shipping and returns policy for full details.
Can I return an item or change an order?
Our policy generally does not allow refunds or returns. An unshipped order may be eligible for review; shipped orders are not eligible. Please review your cart carefully before ordering and contact us promptly if you need help. The Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions.
How do I sign in or reset my password?
Go to Your Account to sign in or register. If you have forgotten your password, use Reset your password and follow the email instructions. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear.
Will I need to verify my age?
Age verification may be required before an order is processed or shipped. Follow the instructions presented during checkout or in your account, and provide accurate information. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
