17+ Locations Find a store

Higher Up franchise opportunities begin with understanding our current network of 17 Florida locations. Now we’re looking ahead—and we want to hear from prospective franchise owners who see an opportunity in a community we don’t currently serve.

Our existing locations stretch from Citrus County through the Tampa Bay area and east to Lakeland. The map accompanying this article shows where we are today. Our next chapter starts with conversations about the places that aren’t on that map yet.

If you know your local market, care about the customer experience, and want to explore operating a business under the HIGHER UP name, start with our franchise application page

17 locations, with room for the right next step

Our network includes company-operated and franchise locations. Each address represents a different community, a different team, and the daily work of running a retail business. Together, they give HIGHER UP a presence across a substantial part of west-central Florida.

Our current locations are listed below. For neighborhood maps and landmarks, browse our Florida local guides. Use the location finder for current addresses and hours.

These are our existing locations—not a list of territories promised to future applicants. A proposed new market needs its own conversation, research, and approval.

We’re interested in communities we don’t currently serve

Growth should begin with a reason to be in a particular place. Perhaps you live in a community outside our current footprint and understand its commercial areas. Perhaps your experience running a local business has given you a clear view of how that market works. Or perhaps you have identified a potential property and want to discuss whether it could fit the brand.

We welcome those introductions. Tell us which city or area you have in mind and why it deserves consideration. A useful proposal goes beyond naming a town: it explains the neighborhood, the people who use its retail areas, the surrounding businesses, and what you know about operating there.

A community’s absence from our current map is a starting point for discussion. Territory availability, site suitability, and approval will be reviewed with our team.

The people behind the next location matter

A recognizable name sets an expectation. The operator and store team have to meet that expectation through their daily work.

We want conversations with people who take customer service seriously, communicate clearly, and understand the responsibility of managing employees and maintaining a business. Listening to customers, following established procedures, keeping accurate records, and addressing concerns professionally all matter.

Prior business or retail experience is useful information to share. So is an honest explanation of your intended role: whether you expect to manage the store yourself, build a management team, or explore a broader operating plan. The application helps begin that discussion.

We also value local knowledge. Knowing a community means understanding more than its busiest road. It means paying attention to the way people move through the area, the character of its business districts, and the practical challenges a new operation may face.

Explore the business behind the brand

Our franchise information page describes supplier relationships, franchisee training, and assistance with site selection. Prospective owners should use the application process to learn what the current program includes and how those elements would apply to their proposal.

Bring your questions. The conversation should cover operating expectations, the support available, current investment requirements, the proposed market, and the steps involved in moving forward. Clear information at the beginning helps both sides decide whether there is a good fit.

We’re interested in thoughtful expansion: a suitable community, an appropriate location, and an operator prepared to do the work. Every new address adds responsibility to the HIGHER UP name, and that is a responsibility we take seriously.

Tell us where HIGHER UP should grow next

Before applying, consider the community you want to discuss, your relevant background, your intended involvement in the business, and whether you already have a potential site in mind. You do not need a polished sales pitch to make an introduction. A clear account of your interest is more useful.

Our 17-location map tells the story of our current footprint. The next part of that story may begin with a place we haven’t reached—and someone who understands that place well.
