Higher Up Citrus County connects four local communities through a shared approach to customer service. A business builds its reputation through everyday interactions: how it welcomes people, answers questions, and responds when something needs attention.
Across Citrus Hills, Inverness, Crystal River, and Homosassa, our HIGHER UP franchise locations share a clear goal: make respectful, attentive customer service part of the experience.
We believe value deserves a broader definition than the number on a price tag. Clear information matters. A well-presented store matters. Having someone listen carefully and explain things without rushing matters.
Those details shape how people feel about a business—and they are the details we want our teams to take seriously.
Clear, respectful customer service
Quality service starts with straightforward expectations. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions. Store policies should be explained clearly. Concerns should receive a professional response. When an answer needs checking, taking the time to get it right matters more than giving a quick guess.
Our franchise locations carry the HIGHER UP name, but trust has to be earned locally. Every conversation is an opportunity to demonstrate care, respect someone’s time, and strengthen that relationship.
Our four Citrus County locations
That responsibility connects our four Citrus County locations:
- HIGHER UP Citrus Hills
2420 N Heritage Oaks Path, Hernando, FL 34442. - HIGHER UP Inverness
234 US Hwy 41 S, Inverness, FL 34450. - HIGHER UP Crystal River
157 SE US Hwy 19, Crystal River, FL 34429. - HIGHER UP Homosassa
4548 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa, FL 34446.
Each community brings different people, questions, and expectations. Our service principles should remain consistent: listen first, communicate clearly, and handle every interaction with care.
We also believe maintaining a standard means being willing to improve. Customer feedback helps identify where an explanation could be clearer, a process could be easier, or an experience could be better.
For HIGHER UP, quality is an ongoing responsibility. Our goal is to make that commitment visible in the way our teams serve Citrus County every day.
